Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Opened or used consumable products
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team via the Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping label (where applicable).
  3. Ship the item back using the provided label or your preferred carrier.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll resolve it immediately.
